Last week was pretty awesome.? I had great workouts and I ate clean most of the week except for Mother's Day.? I had a slice of cake.? I averaged about 15,000 steps a day last week.? Made up for the previous week big time;-)? The weather was beautiful so I actually went for a jog a couple of days last week.
This week I start the Go Fit Gals Short and Sweet Challenge.? They emailed us the guidebook Sunday night. It's different from any other challenge I've been involved in.? Every day we are challenged to complete the healthy habit for that day.? Like today's challenge is to drink half your body weight in? ounces of water. Every Wednesday the Go Fit Gals will post a new workout. So I guess I will still continue with the Fitness Blender 8 Week Fat Loss Program.? Also I have been asked by Gaiam TV to review their website. The website contains hundreds of workouts from Yoga to Cardio. So far I have enjoyed a few of the workouts.? I will try to do a few a week for the next month while I have free access to Gaiam TV's website. So this is how week 18 will look:
