Lastly, visual communication includes the visual display of information through topography, photography, signs and designs.

It is very important for person to know his/her style of communication and recognize the style of others because a person can learn a lot from the style of communication and reduce the possibility of miscommunication.

For effective communication person should increase the power of listening.

For better communication, both the parties such as sender and receiver should deliver their messages with effective and positive manner.

For better and nice communication both the parties should select the best type of communication in which both of them feels comfortable.
